About

I specialise in working with women and men experiencing addiction and mental health difficulties. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore the emotional, psychological, and relational impact of substance use. My work supports clients in understanding the underlying cause of addiction, including trauma, shame, relationships difficulties, challenges with emotional regulation, and low self worth. Alongside addiction, I work with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, low mood, anxiety, and emotional distress. When working with mental health clients, I focus on understanding what is happening for the client both in present and historically, creating a safe and supportive space to explore, patterns, and unmet needs. This helps clients gain insight into the root cause of their difficulties and develop greater self-awareness. My approach is compassion-focused and tailored to each individual, supporting emotional well being, recovery and long term personal growth.
