About
I provide a safe non-judgmental place that is neuro-affirmative for both men and women from age 18 onwards facing individual issues or as a couple. In my experience dissonance with the self and in relationship is merely a system that is struggling and manifests in anxiety, low mood and depression. An event is often the catalyst not the cause. I deeply believe we can learn to understand ourselves better to live a fuller, richer life. That is what I very much enjoy exploring with clients.
