Therapy isn't a sign of being broken — it's a sign of being bold. Warm, non-judgmental support for adults.
About
I believe therapy takes courage — and that everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely understood, not judged. I have a particular interest in working with men, and as a man who has experienced therapy myself, I know how powerful it can be to challenge the idea that men lack emotional depth or complexity. They don't — and they deserve the same space to explore that as anyone else. As someone who is neurodivergent, I also understand what it means to move through life feeling unsupported or misunderstood. I work with ADHD and dyslexia not just as a clinician, but as someone who gets it from the inside. LGBTQ+ clients have found their way to me throughout my practice. What I've come to understand through that work is that we are equal and different — and those things are not mutually exclusive. I find that difference genuinely enriching. Using an integrative approach drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic thinking, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore whatever you're carrying — at your own pace, in your own way.
