About

I am a compassionate and dedicated experienced counsellor who can help you through life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect and collaboration, I will co-create a safe and non-judgemental space with you, where you can explore your experiences, build insight and move towards meaningful change. I work with clients from all backgrounds and holds several professional roles having previously worked for many years in the corporate world. I now lead bereavement services in a busy NHS hospital as well as working as a fertility counsellor for a leading national clinic and working with trauma patients at a local Hampshire agency. I help people navigate: • their unique grief, terminal illness, end of life • suicide, • baby/child loss, miscarriage • infertility, IVF, childlessness • Perinatal : preconception/conception, • pregnancy/birth • parenthood, • divorce, • relationship issues, • anger, • work stresses, • trauma, • life transitions, menopause all of which often lead to isolation, stress, anxiety or depression for individuals and/or those around them. Through my work and training in Advanced Psychotherapy, I have gained deeper knowledge of trauma and grief arising from many issues and I am passionate about supporting women, men and same sex partners. I am also a trained SANDS counsellor, and an accredited practitioner and trainer for the Foundation for Infant Loss with extensive training with CRUSE Bereavement Support.
