About

I offer therapy online across the UK, as well as in-person sessions in Margate and London. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood and able to talk openly about whatever is bringing you to therapy. My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), a relational form of therapy that recognises how our relationships - past and present - shape how we experience ourselves and the world. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, low confidence or feeling stuck, therapy can help you understand these patterns and find new ways of moving forward. I work collaboratively, listening carefully to your experience without judgement. Alongside warmth and empathy, I bring curiosity and gentle challenge where it feels helpful. Together, we can deepen your understanding of yourself, explore recurring patterns, and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
