About

Life can feel overwhelming under the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, and the constant pressure to perform or please others. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to understand. Perhaps relationships feel difficult, or you’re carrying something that feels too heavy to manage alone. If you are struggling with low self-esteem, low confidence, emotional burnout or a lingering sense of not being ‘’enough,’’ you’re not and support is available. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to feel more like yourself again. As a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I provide online counselling throughout the UK and in-person sessions to support mental and emotional well-being. My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis, a form of psychotherapy that helps us understand how past experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate to others today. I take a relational approach, which means therapy is something we build together. Rather than giving advice or quick solutions, I aim to help you explore your experiences in a way that leads to deeper understanding and lasting change. I offer a safe, confidential space where we can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. I work in line with professional ethical standards, including regular supervision and ongoing training, to ensure a safe and confidential space for clients. This reflects my commitment to working ethically.
