I’m Derek Flint, a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I am a member of several PSA Approved organisations. Belonging to these counselling and psychotherapy professional bodies demonstrates appropriate levels of training & qualifications attained, to work safely and effectively with you. I help people experiencing difficulties like: Addiction and Substance Misuse Support for the Partners and Family of Addicts Compulsive Sexual Behaviour (CSB) - sex & porn or findom Support for Partners Affected by Porn Addiction, Findom or CSB I have many years of experience helping my clients deal with, and overcome, addiction & compulsive behaviour, mental health difficulties and behaviours that leave them feeling stuck, confused or unhappy. Many of my clients seek therapy when they feel exhausted from carrying the same worries, pressures, or patterns for longer than they would like. As our work progresses, my clients often describe feeling understood, less alone, more content within themselves, and more able to move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. Therapy gives you the opportunity to make sense of what’s happening, why it is happening, and how to start moving forward with the change you want.
