As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. Our work together is flexible and tailored to you, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe that each person's experience is unique. Together we can explore what is going on for you, develop greater self-understanding, and find ways forward that feel right. I work with individuals 16+ in person from Long Melford, Suffolk or online and telephone UK wide.
