My name is Gianluca, and I'm a Relational Psychotherapist based in Horsham, West Sussex. I work face-to-face and online, and I offer therapy in English and Italian. I trained at Metanoia Institute, where I completed an MSc in Psychotherapy (Transactional Analysis) and hold a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) qualification. I am registered with the NCPS and hold memberships with IARTA and EATA, with UKCP registration in progress following my viva in November 2026. My approach is rooted in Relational Transactional Analysis, integrated with humanistic and psychodynamic thinking. I'm interested in both what's happening for you right now and the patterns that may have developed much earlier in your life — always at a pace that feels right for you. I work with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, OCD, and eating disorders. I am neurodivergent myself — dyslexic and with ADHD — and I have received specific training to work with ADHD. This is lived experience as much as professional specialism, and it shapes a practice where thinking differently is understood, not pathologised. My practice is genuinely neurodivergent- and LGBTQ+-affirming. You don't need to explain yourself here. All of who you are is welcome.
